江苏省计划免疫冷链设备现况调查与管理对策的探讨

摘　　要：为了解江苏省冷链系统现状 ,为冷链管理与建设提供依据 ,现场调查了全省 13个省辖市、15 3个县 (市、区 )卫生防疫站的冷链设备和资料。结果显示 :全省目前有各种冷链设备 1483台 ,正常运转、不正常运转、报废的分别占48 3%、2 3 5 %、2 0 4%。各种冷链设备使用 >13年的 ,冷库占 5 0 9% ,速冻器占 84 5 % ,冰箱占 5 2 9% ,冷藏车占36 4%。目前 ,全省冷链仍能维持运转 ,但冷链现况仍存在着影响疫苗质量的诸多问题 ,冷链建设与发展资金不足。建议探讨切实可行的冷链评估方法 ,制定冷链建设与发展的相关政策 ,有计划地更新冷链设备和岗位人员的业务培训。In order to recognize the current cold chain conditions and provide basis for its construction,we investigated the cold chain equipments and materials of the epidemic prevention stations in 13 cities under jurisdiction of the provincial government and 153 counties(city,district).The results showed that in the province, there are 1483 cold chain equipments including those normally run,not work well and are out of order accounting for 48.3%,23.5%,20.4% respectively.The percentages of the cold storages,refrigerators,iceboxes,refrigerator cars used over 13 years are 50.9%,84.5%,52.9% and 36.4% respectively.Now the cold chain in province can keep running,but there are still some problems that affect the vaccine quality.What should we do are to discuss a practical and effective evaluation method,build up the policy for construction and development of the cold chain,plan to renew the equipments and train the persons on post of cold chain.
