摘　　要：在对华中地区非统调负荷历史数据调研的基础上,提出了非统调和全社会负荷特性参数统计计算方法,并对计算结果进行了分析。Based on the investigation for the historical data of uncontrolled load in Central China,a statistical algo-rithm for the characteristic parameters of uncontrolled Load is presented in this paper,as well as that of the whole so-ciety.The result of the calcu la tion is also an alyzed.
