护理诊断临床应用现状调查

摘　　要：为了解护理诊断在临床的应用情况,对100份临床护理病历进行统计,对开展整体护理的184名护理人员进行问卷调查,对护理诊断名称的正确率、护理诊断名称使用率和护理人员对护理诊断的认识加以统计分析。结果显示:护理诊断名称应用正确符合率达79.7%,护理人员对护理诊断认识的正确率为40.6%。提示应全面加强临床护理人员对护理诊断知识的学习,尽快编写全国统编护理诊断教科书。To understand the clinical use of nursing diagnosis, 100 pieces of clinical nursing records were reviewed, and 184 of nursing staffs who performed the holistic nursing care have been investigated by filling out questionnaire. A statistical analysis was made on correct rate of the name of nursing diagnosis, the rate of utilization of nursing diagnosis, and the understanding of nursing staff to the diagnosis. Results: the rate of correctly using nursing diagnosis accounted for79.7%. The correcting rate of nursing staffs to understand the diagnosis was 40.6% . Suggested that one should strengthen the knowledge studies of nursing staffs about nursing diagnosis. And one should try as quickly as possible to compile a textbook of nursing diagnosis.
