光致散射对外泵浦相位共轭腔光束质量的影响

摘　　要：用 Ce:Fe:LiNbO_3晶体构成了四种形式的相位共轭振荡器,分别在自启动与外启动两种工作方式下观测了输出光束的横向分布.结果表明,该晶体的光致散射效应破坏了此类光腔中高斯模的形成.采用外启动方式可以减轻这种破坏。Four kinds of photorefractive gain oscillator have been constructed with Ce:Fc: LiNbO_3 crystal.The transverse distributions of the output optical beam have been ob- served in a self-start form and in an external-start form,respectively.Results show that the forming of Gaussian mode in the resonator is destroied by the light-induced scattering effect of the crystal.The destruction can be reduced by using the external-start form.
