摘 要:针对华能北京热电厂输煤系统灰水分离式除尘器存在的系统阻力大、吸尘除尘效果差的问题,通过对除尘器测绘、测试与分析研究,找到了难以正常运行的原因并有针对性地进行了改造。改造后,取得了较好的吸尘除尘效果,系统阻力较低、喷嘴喷淋均匀、液滴捕集效果好、风机不带水、整个除尘系统运行稳定,各项指标均达到国家标准。在试改造1台后又完成了其余25台的改造。Large system resistance and poor dust collecting - cleaning efficiency etc.problems existed in the ash - water separation type dust collectors of coal conveying system in Beijing Cogeneration Power Plant.In view of these existing problems,the dust collectors were surveyed and drawn,tested,analyzed and studied,and the causes of abnormal operation were found.After the dust collectors were retrofitted,the better dust collecting and cleaning effects were achieved with lower system resistance,even spraying of nozzles,good drop trapping effects gained,no water passed through draft fans.The whole dust collecting system has been operating stably,and various indi-cators have reached the national standard.Now the retrofitting project of all the26dust collectors have been completed.
