薄层扫描法测定松龄血脉康胶囊中葛根素的含量

摘　　要：目的　测定松龄血脉康胶囊中葛根素的含量。方法　薄层扫描法 ,固定相为硅胶GF2 54,流动相 :氯仿 -甲醇 -乙酸乙酯 -水 (14∶6∶3∶1) ,参比波长 370nm ,测定波长 2 5 4nm。结果　葛根素在 0 .5～ 2 .5 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 (r =0 .9993) ,平均回收率 97.93% ,RSD =1.2 5 %。结论　本法简便、快速、准确、重现性好 ,可作为松龄血脉康胶囊的质量控制方法。Aim To determine puerarin in Songling Xuemaikang capsules.Methods Silica GF 254 thin layer was used and the mobile phase consisted of chloroform-methanol-ethyl acetate-water(14∶6∶3∶1) with the reference of wavelength 370nm and the detection wavelength of 254nm.Results It showed a good linearity between 0.5μg to 2.5μg with the correlation coefficient 0.999 3.The average recovery was 97.73%,RSD=1.25%.Conclusions The methed is simple,accurate and reproducible.It can be a quality control standard of Songling Xuemaikang capsule.
