单片机控制的新型矿压仪的研制

摘　　要：单片机控制新型矿压仪是对煤矿综采设备进行监测的仪器。主要用于测试顶板压力和活柱下缩量。该仪器可对上述被测量进行连续测量和数据存贮,并用PC机进行数据处理与打印。该仪器与机械式测试仪器相比,具有测试项目多(可同时测顶板压力、活柱下缩量和采煤机自动定位等)、精度高(顶板压力测量精度为0.25MPa,活柱下缩量测量精度为0.1mm)、使用方便、自动化程度高等优点。本文对该仪器的硬件电路及控制、处理软件进行了详尽的论述。A new type of mining pressure meter controlled by single chip microco- mputer is an instrument of monitoring the comprehensive mining equipment in coal field.It mainly measures the roof pressure and the descending amount of piston.It can measure these data continuously,store,handle and print them with IBM-PC computer. Compared with mechanical measuring instrument,the instrument has many advantages,such as comprehensive(simultaneously measuring roof pressure,the descending amount of piston,and automatic position set),high measuring percision(roof pressure 0.25MPa,descending amount of piston 0.1mm),convenient operation,high automation and so on. This paper introduces the hardware circuit,control and data precessing software in detail.
