45钢辉光放电膏剂渗硼组织和性能的研究

摘　　要：本文研究了45钢辉光放电膏剂渗硼工艺。与普通膏剂渗硼工艺相比,在较低的渗硼温度下,辉光放电膏剂渗硼可得到较厚的单相Fc_2B渗硼层,且组织致密,具有较高的耐磨性。The paste boronizing with glow discharging heating of steel 45 is discussed in this paper.Compared with conventional paste boronizing ,paste boronizing with glow discharging heating can make the Fe_2B bonding layers of single phase thicker under low temperaturc,the boriding layers has more compact structure and shows higher wear resistance.
