三乌胶对大鼠急性“血瘀”证血液流变学影响的实验研究

摘　　要：探讨三乌胶对“血瘀”模型大鼠异常血液流变学的影响。高、低剂量组的三乌胶都能使RBC电泳明显加速 ,全血比粘度、血浆和纤维蛋白原比粘度 ,RBC降低 ,,显著改善“血瘀”模型大鼠血液的“浓、粘、凝、聚”This paper explored the infiuence of Sanwujiao to abnormal blood rheology of 'blood stasls'model of rat.High and low amount of Sanwujiao could obviously speed up the RBC electrophoresis,decrease specific viscosity of whole blood,plasma,fibrinogen and RBC accumulation,improve the 'thick,ropy,concretionary,aggregate'status of 'blood stasis'model of Rat blood.
