摘 要:目的 采用浓缩尿蛋白电泳 ,对尿蛋白组成成分进行测定 ,以判断肾脏疾病的受损部位及病变程度。方法 采用法国SEBIAMG 30 0半自动电泳分析仪对 88例肾脏病患儿进行尿蛋白组分分析。结果 88例尿蛋白电泳显示 5 0例为肾小球性蛋白尿 ,2 5例为生理性蛋白尿 ,12例为混合性蛋白尿 ,1例为肾小管性蛋白尿。其中 41例同时作肾穿刺术 ,3例肾小球轻微病变 ,2 6例局灶性肾小球肾炎 ,12例局灶节段性肾小球硬化。结论 非浓缩尿蛋白电泳技术方法简便 ,无创伤性 ,且尿蛋白组分和肾脏病理损害程度有关 ,值得临床应用。Objective To detect proteinuria by electrophoresis using unconcentrated urine sample. Methods SEBIA MG 300 semiautomatic electrophoresis apparatus was used for the classification and analysis of proteinuria in 88 children with nephropathies. Results Among 88 cases electrophosesis indicated 50 glomerulas proteinuria, 25 physiological proteinuria, 12 mixed proteinuria and one case of tubulars proteinuria, 41 cases among them were performed with renipuncture, which showed 3 cases of minimal change diseases, 26 focal glomerulonephritis and 12 focal segmental glomeruloselerosis. Conclusion Electrophoresis using unconcentrated urine is clinically worthwhile, because it can classify proteinuria and indicated severity of nephropathies.
