摘　　要：根据 1 999年夏季对北京市居民住宅的室温测试数据 ,从所有测试房间的室温整体分布、室温平均值、室温波动幅度及室温延迟时间等方面描述现有住宅夏季的室内热状况特性 。Describes the distributions, the average, the amplitude and time lags of indoor temperature measured from 144 living rooms or bedrooms of 98 households in Beijing during the summer of 1999. Through an analysis obtains related statistical indexes for generally reflecting the overall thermal conditions of residential buildings in summer.
