摘　　要：热压系数和内部隔断系数是准确计算渗风量的关键。住宅建筑在形式上有别于宾馆、办公楼建筑 ,热压系数和内部隔断系数的求解更为复杂。Proper determination of the thermal pressure and internal partition coefficients is the key to accuracy of air infiltration calculation. Residential buildings are distinguished to hotels and offices in architectural forms therefore the thermal pressure and internal partition coefficients are more complicated to solve. Derives the formulas and presents the computer programme accordingly.
