摘　　要：该酒店初步设计时为三星级 ,经两次修改设计后 ,改为五星级酒店。概要介绍了酒店的空调、通风和防排烟系统的设计 ,着重介绍了风机盘管消声措施和地下汽车库排烟设计 ,系统和设备因地制宜合理布置 。The hotel becomes five star grade one from three star grade after altered design twice. Outlines the design of the air conditioning, ventilation and smoke control system of the hotel and stresses on noise reduction of the fan-coil units and design of smoke exhaust in the underground parking.
