中药强力生注射液对电刺激大鼠在体腓肠肌疲劳的影响

摘　　要：目的 :采用以大果油麻藤的藤茎提取物为主的复方中药制剂强力生注射液 ,观察其对大鼠在体腓肠肌疲劳的影响。方法 :用固定频率、固定负荷的电刺激等张收缩 ,观察对照组与强力生组在体腓肠肌收缩时间、收缩振幅以及作功情况。结果 :强力生注射液能够延长大鼠在体腓肠肌收缩时间以及作功时间 ,但对肌肉收缩振幅没有显著影响。结论The effects of Qianglisheng, obtained from Mucuna macrocar pa Wall, on rat gastrocnemius fatigue in vivo induced by electric stimulation were investigated. The duration and amplitude of contraction, as well as the work capacity were determined. Results showed that Qianglisheng could increase muscular contraction duration, but had no effect on the amplitude of contraction. These results indicated that Qianglisheng could postpone muscular fatigue in vivo induced by electric stimulation.
