高效液相色谱法检测盐酸丁咯地尔氯化钠注射液有关物质的探讨

摘　　要：探讨了盐酸丁咯地尔氯化钠注射液中氯化钠对该药有关物质检查的影响。采用高效液相色谱法 ,同时以 0 9%氯化钠溶液作空白对照。氯化钠产生的峰面积对该项目的检查影响很大。An HPLC method is developed for the determination of related substances in buflomedil hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection. 0 9% NaCl solution was determined for blank. The results shown that the effect of sodium chloride is big and the interference must be removed in the determination of related substances.
