挑筋割脂埋线疗法治疗胃下垂疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察挑筋割脂埋线疗法治疗胃下垂的临床效果。方法:将100例患者随机分为挑筋割脂埋线疗法治疗组及电针对照组进行对照观察。结果:治疗组治愈率及总有效率均优于对照组（P<0.01,P<0.05）。两组对临床症状的改善均较好,但对脘腹痞满、胃脘坠痛、大便不调的改善,以治疗组更优（P<0.05）。结论:挑筋割脂埋线疗法治疗胃下垂效果显著。Purpose To observe the therapeutic effect of tendon-pricking, fat-excising and catgut-embedding therapy on gastroptosis. Methods 100 cases of gastroptosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group were treated with tendon-pricking, fat-excising and catgut-embedding therapy and the control group with electroacupuncture, and their therapeutic effects were compared. Results The treatment group in the cured rate and the total effective rate was superior to the control group (P<0.01,P<0.05); and the clinical symptoms in the two groups improved better, but the treatment group in improvement of upper abdominal distension, epigastralgia and fecal disorders was better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The tendon-pricking, fat-excising and catgut-embedding therapy has obvious therapeutic effect on gastroptosis.
