摘　　要：提出2002年全路电务工作的总体要求和电务安全生产的总体目标。阐述2002年全路电务的6项重点工作是进一步稳定电务安全生产形势,加强设备维护管理,规范行业技术管理,保障运输通信安全畅通,全面推进DMIS工程建设,积极推进新技术应用,提高电务技术装备水平。The paper points out the general requirement of signal and communication work and the target of safe operation. It expounds on 6 key tasks of signal and communication work in railway system-further maintain safe operation of signal and communication system, strengthen maintenance and management of the equipment, regulate technological management of the industry, guarantee safe and free traffic communication, accelerate DMIS project construction in all aspects, improve the application of technology actively, enhance technology and equipment level of signal and communication work.
