摘　　要：概述了国内外管道内涂层技术的发展现状和内涂敷作业的基本工艺流程,论述了内涂层涂敷作业线内抛丸除锈和内喷涂两个关键工位的基本工作原理、设备组成、设计要点和试验过程。通过试验和数据测试,表明研制出的两套设备所涂敷的内涂层达到了“西气东输”有关标准的要求,各项技术指标能够满足大规模工厂化内涂敷作业的要求。This paper introduces the actualities of internal coating technology and basic technological process of internal coating spraying method at home and abroad. A detailed discussion is given about the basic operating principle, construction, main design scheme and experiment process of the crucial sections -internal mechanical shot blasting and internal spraying in the internal coating assembly line. The experiment and survey report indicate that the spraying internal coating by the two developed equipments meet the demand of the related standards for Wesl-to-East Gas Pipeline Project, and various technological specifications satisfy the requirements of industrialized large scale internal coating operation.
