摘  要:针对岔河集—任邱输油管道防腐层破损后,管道末端未达到阴极保护要求的问题,通过分析反电位保护技术原理及综合保护效果,决定对该管道阴极保护系统实施反电位保护,改造后全程36km的管道全部得到了正常保护电位。应用该技术与建保护站相比可节约大量资金。The Chaheji-Renqiu Oil Pipeline, with the capacity of 3600 t/d and 36 km (φ219×7 mm) in total length,constructed and put into operation in 1993. There was something wrong with the cathodic protection found in a 18-km-pipe-section of the pipeline in 1995. On the basis of results of site investigation, the opposite potential protection method was determined to use to improve the cathodic protection. The applied results indicated that this method, compared with the establ ishment of cathodic protection station and sacrificial anode method, was cost-effective. This pipeline has been well protected with this method since 1998.
