天然气测试研究的现状及建立实验室的必要性

摘　　要：结合天然气的发展情况,分析了建立天然气实验室的必要性,以管道科技中心的天然气实验室为例,给出了实验室的测试装备以及对天然气进行分析测试的各种项目,主要包括天然气组分、天然气中硫化氢含量、天然气中水分含量以及天然气水露点等的测试分析。就输气管道中水合物的形成条件进行了分析,提出了相应的物理防治措施和化学防治措施。According to the development actualities of natural gas in China,the necessity to establish gas laboratory is discussed. Take the gas laboratory of PetroChina Pipeline Corporation Science and Technology Center as an example,the article introduces the measurement equipments and items of gas analysis and measurement. The gas laboratory can undertake the following experiments and analyses: composition of gas, H2S content,water content of gas and water dew point. In the article,the formation condition of hydrate in gas pipeline is also analyzed,and the physical and chemical measures against the hydrate is put forward.
