摘  要:对柴油选择性氧化-萃取脱硫工艺在实验室进行了探索,初步试验结果表明:以过氧酸为氧化剂,糠醛为萃取溶剂,采用该方法可有效脱除柴油中的硫化物,脱硫率一般在65%~80%。对长岭直馏柴油进行处理后硫含量可从1500tμg/g降为472μg/g,符合国际燃料对柴油硫含量不大于500μg/g的要求。同时可降低柴油的芳烃含量及密度,且十六烷值指数有所提高。该工艺有望为我国炼油企业生产清洁柴油提供一条新途径。Diesel desulfurization by selective oxidation/extraction was studied in the laboratory. The preliminary test result showed that the sulfide in diesel could be efficiently removed by using the said method with peroxyacid as oxidant and furfural as extracting agent, and the desulfurization rate was normally in the range of 60% to 80%. The sulfur content of Changling straight-run diesel was reduced from 1500μg/g to 472μg/g after treating, which met the specification of less than 500μg/g. The aromatics content and specific gravity of the treated diesel were also decreased, and the cetane number was somewhat increased. The said method was expected to provide a new route for producing clean diesel fuel.
