摘 要:采用NCG催化剂,对3个炼油厂的混合C_4馏分进行了加氢工艺条件考察,确定了适宜的C_4馏分加氢饱和工艺条件,并进行了NCG催化剂1500h寿命评价试验。结果表明,采用NCG催化剂,在温度180~200℃、压力2.0MPa,氢烃体积比100~150:1及体积空速2.0h^(-1)的反应条件下,对混合C_4馏分进行加氢饱和,产品C_4中C_4含量不大于1.0%,是蒸汽裂解制乙烯的优质原料。Three refinery C_4 fractions were hydrogenated over NCG catalyst. Proper saturated reaction condition was selected after process condition investigation, and a catalyst life evaluation test of 1500h was proceeded. The test result showed that under the reaction conditions of a temperature range of 180-200℃, a pressure of 2MPa, a hydrogem/hydrocarbon ratio range of (100 - 150):1 and a volume space velocity of 2.0h^(-1), the olefin content in product C_4 fractions were less than 1.0%. The saturated C_4 fractions could be used as premium steam cracking feedstock.
