臀位改良倒转术157例临床分析

摘　　要：对妊娠30周～40周的单胎臀位孕妇157例施改良倒转术。手术成功率为92.99%;单胎臀位发生率、剖宫产率、因臀位脂征剖宫产率等质量指标,经统计学验证,较对照组有显著降低,围产儿死亡率亦有所下降。尚未发生手术并发症。157 women of 30～40 weeks gestaion withbreech presentaion subjected to improved cephalie ver-sion were presented. The total successful rate of thisprocedure was 92 99%. The result of the improvedcephalic version had been analysed and discussed. Statis-tical data verified that the incidance of breech presenta-tion and cesarean section rate were significantly lowerthan those in the control group. The perinatal mortalitywas also reduced. There were no complications.
