小儿T淋巴细胞亚群的正常值的探讨

摘　　要：本文采用抗人T淋巴细胞单克隆抗体免疫荧光技术,对35例健康小儿的T细胞亚群进行了初步探讨。检验结果7岁～11岁健康小儿的CD_366～70%,CD_436～40%,CD_827～32%,CD_4/CD_8 0.86～1.76。本组资料的测定值与武汉、上海的类似研究进行了初步比较,对有关T细胞亚群的临床应用情况进行了初步讨论。鉴于健康小儿的T细胞亚群值报道甚少,建议本组测定值可作为类似研究时之参考值。The peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets can be ob-served by monoclonal antibodes Monoclonal antibodesindirect immunoflurescert techrique was used in ourstudies The lymphocytes subsets in children rangingfrom 7～11 years was not significantly different Aftertaking statistical analysis by t-test, we found the nor-mal values in both sexes on each age was notsignificantly differnet The normal values of Tlymphocyte subsets in 35 healthy children were CD_366～70%,CD_4 36～40% CD_8 27～32%,CD_4/CD_8 0.86～1.76 The bove mentioned resultssuggested the normal values of T lymphocytes subsetscan be used as references in children over 7 years.There has been few reports on the T Lymphocytesubsets in healthy children in our country, but it is con-siderably valuable. It is related to the pathogenic mecha-nism of sever 1 diasese, more specifically, immunologicdisorders of children
