摘　　要：用正交试验法优选出一种高含磷量快速化学镀镍工艺配方 ,并用扫描电子显微镜和X 射线衍射技术测定镀层组织结构。通过中性盐雾试验、浸泡试验 ,证实镀层有优良的耐蚀性能、很高的硬度和耐磨性能。可作为石油化工换热设备的优质防护镀层。An ingredient of high posphoreted quick chemical nickel plating process was optimized by orthogonal testing.The structure of plating layer was determined by the use of scanning electro microscope and X ray diffraction technique.By means of neutral saet spray testing and immersion testing,it is proved that the plating layer has excellent corrosion resistance,high hardness and abrasion resistance.It should be a good protecting plating layer for use in processing heat exchange equipment.
