电缆桥塞技术在川西油气田开发中的应用

摘　　要：针对封堵解决复杂地层条件下的施工技术 ,通过对该工艺应用的介绍 ,提供了对于漏失层、高压水(气 )层的封堵的技术。它是用电缆将桥塞送入井预定井深中 ,通过电点火、暴炸、座封和丢手来完成对下部层位的封堵。在油气田开发应用中 ,它具有施工简单、成功率高、费用低、节省时间、降低劳动强度等优点 ,通过近三年 10 0多井次的应用 。On the basis of introducing the downhol e blocking operation technology under complicated formation conditions,the plugg ing technique of lost circulation zones and high pressure water (gas) formatio ns is put forward in the paper.This technique includes putting the bridge plug i nto the borehole at the predicted depth by cable,then finishing the blocking op eration at the downhole horizon through igniting,blasting,sitting and releasing. It has many merits as to be easy of operation,high success ratio,low expense,tim e saving,and reducing labour intensity,etc.,and an obvious result has been achie ved through applying for more than one hundred well time in recent three years.
