摘 要:目前钢渣粉煤灰排放量大 ,利用率低 ,利用钢渣粉煤灰做路面基层材料可大量利用工业废渣 ,减少天然土石料的开采 ,是一种生态建筑材料。研究了钢渣粉煤灰的配比并对这种材料的压实性能进行了研究。钢渣掺量增加 ,其最大干密度增加 ,最佳含水量降低。以无侧限抗压强度为指标对其配比进行了优化 ,认为无机结合料的最优配比为钢渣∶粉煤灰 =1∶ 1、外加剂掺量为 2 .5 %。钢渣粉煤灰路面基层材料的长期强度介于水泥稳定碎石和二灰稳定碎石之间 ,可用于各等级公路基层底基层的修筑。回弹模量和其劈裂强度介于水泥稳定碎石和二灰稳定碎石之间 ,在路面设计时其回弹模量设计值为 130 0~ 170 0 MPa,劈裂抗拉强度设计值为 0 .5~ 0 .Nowadays the recovering ratio of fly ash and steel slag is very low . The road base material made of fly ash and steel slag can make use of solid waste and educe the consumption of natural stone and soil .It is a kind of ecological building material . In this paper the compacting property of the steel slag fly ash road base material is studied. It's maximum dry density is increasing and the optimum water content deducing with the increasing of the ratio of steel slag in the mixture. The optional mix proportion is studied with the investigation index of unconfirmed compressive strength. The optional mix proportion is: ratio of fly ash and steel slag is 1∶1. The admixture dosage is 2.5%. The long term strength of it is between the cement stabilized broken stone and lime fly ash stabilized broken stone. It can be used as road base and subbase material in any degrade highway . It's tensile splitting strength and modulus of elasticity is between the cement stabilized broken stone and lime fly ash stabilized broken stone. The designing data of modulus of elasticity is 1 300~1 700 MPa. The designing data of tensile splitting strength is 0.5~0.8 MPa.
