摘　　要：阐述了一种利用 INTEL80 98单片机和旋转式光电编码器构成的数字实时转速检测系统 ,介绍了系统的硬件实现途径和软件设计方法 。It introduces the digital real time rotation rate detection system composed by chip INTEL 8098 and rotating photoelectric encoder. It describes the realization of hardware and software, and analyzes and evaluates the system performance.
