摘　　要：移动虚拟运营商(MVNO)是新出现的通过其他运营商的移动网络为用户提供移动业务的电信业务运营商。根据MVNO对网络运营商(MNO)的依赖程度不同,MVNO可分为三种。目前英国Virgin公司与英国的移动蜂窝通信运营商One2One的合作非常成功。但总体看来,MVNO目前对市场的影响还不是很大。固定网业务运营商、移动业务独立转售商、品牌知名度高的公司以及众多的内容服务提供商都有可能成为MVNO。MVNO is a newly -emerged telecom-munication service operator who provides mobile services for customers through other operator's mobile network.Based on the dependence of MVNO on Mobile Network Operator(MNO),MVNO can be divided into3types.At pre-sent,the cooperation between Virgin Co.of UK and″One2One″,a cellular mobile com-mu nication operator of UK is a great success.But as a whole,the effect of MVNO on the market is not great.Fixed network service op-era tors,in dependent mobile service retailers,well -known companies and numerous content service providers can all be come MVNO.
