后颅窝开颅术后颅内感染的诊断和治疗

摘　　要：本文报道了87例后颅窝开颅术后并发颅内感染14例,感染为16.1%,其中9例治愈,3例改善,2例死亡。作者讨论了颅内感染的诊断、治疗和相关因素,并且强调指出当手术部位有硬膜外积液时,应探查原手术切口和修补硬膜缺口。87 cases of posterior fossa cranitomy complicated by 14 cases of intra- cranral infection are reported.The infection rate was 16.1%.9 cases of 14 cases cured,3 cases improved,and 2 cases died.The authors discussed dia- gnosis,treatmnt and relative factors of intracranial infection and emphasized the exploration of the original incision of operation and repair of branch of dura matter when there was accumulative liquid of extradural matter in the position of operation.
