摘  要:本文比较了绿僵菌不同世代间酯酶同工酶、脂肪酸各组分及其毒力差异间的相关性。结果表明,绿僵菌经人工多次继代移植后,其酯酶型未发生变化,但酶的活性明显降低。酶的活性降低程度和其对寄主昆虫致病力的降低有明显的相关性。在生产应用中,经一定世代的移接后,应通过敏感寄主恢复和提高其毒力。绿僵菌不同世代间脂肪酸各组分的含量有明显的变化,利用脂肪酸成分来区分和鉴定菌株的观点需进一步研究和商榷。Describes the relationships between virolenlen and esterase isozyme as well as fatty acid components in subcultures of a strain of Metarhizium aniso-pliae. The esterase isozyme of different subcultures showed same type of zymogram, but its activity reduced obviously from generation to generation. The reducing degree of the activity was correlated directly with the reduction of pathogenicity to host insects. In practice, the toxicity of Metarhizium after several subcultures needs to be restored through sensitive hosts inoculation. The contents of fatty acid component in different subcultures of Metarhizium varied notably. This suggests that distinguishing or identifing isolates of Metarhizium by fatty acids analysis needs further study.
