摘　　要：工程评标是工程项目招标工程中非常重要的一个环节 ,同时工程评标过程也是一种决策过程 ,这一过程对业主选择投标单位起着决定性的作用。本文从招标单位的角度出发 ,结合工程实例分析 ,阐述了多准则模糊决策方法在工程评标工作中的应用。通过应用这种方法 ,可以使决策者在评标过程中 ,避免主观随意性 ,增强客观性、科学性。Evaluating tenders of project is an improtant part of public bidding. In the meantime, evaluating tenders is also a course of decision. This process plays a decisive role in selecting public bidding unit. On the basis of practical example, the multi-criteria fuzzy decision is applied to evaluate tenders from the angle of public bidding unit. The decision-makers can not only avoid subjectivity, but also strengthen objectivity by the means of the method.
