摘 要:以四氯化钛(TiCl4)和氧氯化锆(ZrOCl2·8H2O)为原料,采用油乳法制备了氧化钛和钛锆氧化物复合色谱填料.制备方法简单,条件易于控制,重现性好.用扫描电镜、X-粉末衍射、氮吸附法等方法研究了这两种氧化物微球的物理化学性质,表明所制得的多孔微球粒径分布窄(4-6μm),孔径在中孔范围内(TiO5.8nm,TiO2-ZrO2 7.4nm),机械性能良好(可承受41Mpa压力),完全满足高效液相色谱的需要.Two kinds of titania-containing microspheres (pure titanium dioxide and titania-zirconia) were prepared by oil emulsion technology. Several factors influencing microsphere formation were studied. Electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, nitrogen adsorption and potentiometric acid-base titration were used to evaluate the properties of the microparticles. The results indicated that the inorganic particles obtained can be used as packing material for HPLC because of their desired pore size(TiO2 5. 8 nm, TiO2-ZrO2 7. 4 nm), particle shape and relatively narrow particle size distribution(4-6 μm)with high mechanical and chemical stability.
