红麻木质部碱性亚钠预处理化机浆抄新闻纸的研究

摘　　要：本文对红麻芯杆部碱性亚钠预处理化学机械浆抄造新闻纸的工艺及机理做了研究,分析了预处理、磨浆各因素对成纸性能的影响,确定出适宜的制浆条件。本文还进行了芯部化机浆与皮部长纤维漂白化学浆的配抄实验及全杆化机浆成纸性能与皮芯配抄成纸性能的对比实验。The study on process and mechanism of the newsprint made from kenaf xylem CMP by pretreating with alkaiine sodium suifite was done, the influence of pretreatment and refine on paper properties was discussed, aod suitable pulping condition was obtained. The furnish experiment of xylem CMP and phoioem, long fiber bleach pulp was carried out, the paper indexes comparative experiment that newsprint from stem CMP and pholem-xylem furnish pulp also was done.
