改良PAGE快速诊断婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎

摘　　要：我们对常规的PAGE法进行改进,不用浓缩胶,缩短了电泳、染色时间;应用本改良PAGE法与ELISA法进行比较,检测39例2岁以下患儿腹泻大便,其结果用改良PAGE法检测为23例阳性、16例阴性,用ELISA法检测为18例阳性、21例阴性。改良PAGF法能直接检测出轮状病毒的核酸区带,既比ELISA法敏感,又比常规的PAGE法快速。We improved the routine PAGE for shortening the time of electrophoresis and stain.The results of modified PAGE and ELISA were compared.Fecal specimens of 39 under-two-year old infants with diarrhea were examined;23 samples were positive and 16 samples negative with modified PAGE;while 18 samples positive and 21 samples negative with ELISA.It proves that modifi- ed PAGE was more sensitive than ELISA,more rapid and simpler than routine PAGE as well.This method is one of the recommended ways in cli- nic dlgnosis of infantile.
