摘  要:气液相际间传质过程中 ,由溶质浓度梯度产生的表面张力梯度可以导致相界面湍动现象。本文采用激光纹影仪观察及计算机在线图象采集的方法 ,对气液两相物理吸收和解吸过程中相界面处的湍动现象进行了实验研究。传质过程包括异丙醇、乙醇、甲醇、氯苯吸收和解吸CO2 。实验结果表明 ,在不同的吸收体系中 ,有不同的湍动形状 ,根据其形状大致可分为多边形和滚桶状两类 ;同一体系 ,在不同的实验条件下 ,也会有多种界面湍动的形式 。In the gas liquid mass transfer processes, solute concentration gradients may produce surface tension gradients, resulting in interfacial turbulence at the interface. The structure of interfacial turbulence phenomena in gas liquid mass transfer was observed using laser Sclieren system and on line computer recording system. In the physical processes of absorption and desorption of CO 2 by methanol, chlorobenzene, isopropanal and ethanol, different patterns of interfacial turbulence were detected. Because the value of the density and the viscosity of methanol is small, the interfacial turbulence in the methanol CO 2 system appears fast in a large range. The pictures recorded by computer system show that the patterns of interfacial turbulence are related to the gas liquid system properties and the experimental conditions. It is reasonable to believe that the interfacial turbulence is formed as a result of mass transfer in gas liquid system and the pattern is influenced by experimental conditions.
