灯笼果组织培养的研究

摘　　要：灯笼果的不同器官可分别产生肿胀紧密型或疏松脆型两类愈伤组织,其分化能力为:肿胀紧密型>疏松脆型。利用子叶、叶片等不同的外植体建立了灯笼果组织培养的快速无性繁殖系统,再生植株不仅速度快且频率高;并就6一BA 和 IAA 对叶片外植体愈伤组织的产生及再分化进行了研究。6—BA and IAA affected the callus induction and differentiation in Physalis peruviam L..All kinds of explants tested in this experiment for- med two types of callus on MS medium supplemented with IAA 0.2mg/1 and 6-BA 3.0mg/1.One is swelling and hard,and the other is loose and fragile.The former could differentiated more buds than the latter. The explants of leaf produced callus on medium supplemented with IAA or 6-BA,but the effect of 6-BA was more effective than IAA. Higher concentration of IAA inhibited the callus formation when the medium containing some 6-BA.It promoted the callus forming few buds when the medium containing only 6-BA,even if it′s concentr- ation is very high(4mg/L).But supplemented with few IAA(0:5 mg/L)and 6-BA(0.5mg/L),it produced a large number of buds. Only on the medium without 6-BA,the ealli formed roots.The buds develoned into plantlets on MS+O or with IAA0.2-0.5mg/L medium.
