摘 要:本文研究了在土壤干旱情况下的三个小麦品种(定西24号,红农一号,陇春10号)叶片的水势变化。结果表明,供试品种抗旱能力的强弱与其叶片渗透调节能力的大小相一致,即抗旱性较强的品种其叶片渗透势较低。并对其中抗旱品种定西24号渗透物质作了全面测定,发现渗透物质变化有如下规律:在干旱初期,主要是可溶性糖的积累;尔后,游离氨基酸大量增加,其中以脯氨酸增加最显著;K^+的累积趋势与氨基酸相似。Water potential,osmotic potential,solute concentration and osmotic adjustment are determined in the leaves of three wheat cultivars(Din- gxi No.24 and Honglong No.1.cultivars known as drought resis- tance;Longchen No.1,non-resistance,as the control).The drought resistant cultivars had higher water potential and lower osmotic po- tential than the control.The drought resistance was postivelyrelated to the capability of osmotic adjustment,the solutes were determined in Dingxi No.24(a drought resistant),It was found that soluble carbon- hydrates mainly accumulated in the earlt drougtht period,the free amino acids accumulated greatly.Howewever proline inceased more than any other amino acids.K^+ decreased with water stress and Na^+ kept unchanging.
