摘  要:灯笼果的叶片外植体,经培养获得了大量的试管苗,转移到不含激素或附加一定量IAA和BA的MS培养基上培养。试管苗的叶腋处可产生花芽,进而开花并形成幼果,一个小植株在MS附加BA0.5mg/l、IAA1 mg/l的培养基上经两个多月的培养,可产生花朵及花蕾20余个。花芽的分化及发育受IAA和BA两种植物激素所影响。4 mg/1的IAA或0.5mg/1的BA能促进花芽的形成并开花,而进一步提高BA的浓度则抑制花芽的产生,促进营养芽的形成。在含有较高浓度BA的培养基中,同时提高IAA的含量,可以部分地消除高浓度BA对花芽形成的抑制作用。Large amounts of plantlets were obtained by culture of leaf segm-ents of Physalis Peruviam L.. Flower buds differentiated on leaf axilsand eventually developed into flowers and young fruits when plantletswere transferred into MS medium supplemented with a combination ofIAA 0-4 mg/1 and BA 0-0.5mg/1 under the cultural conditions of 25-27℃, 4000 lux and 14 hours per day. Each one plantlet produced about20 flowers for 8 weeks of culture on MS medium supplemented with 0.5mg/1 BA and 1mg/1 IAA. The formaion and development of flower buds were affected by the balance of IAA and BA. 4mg/1 IAA or 0.5mg/1BA promoted more flower buds formation and eventually flowering invitro. Higher concentration of BA (>1 mg/1) inhibited the formation offlower buds but promoted the vegetative buds, which could be partly re-lieved by higher concentration of IAA.
