摘　　要：目的 :探讨电针治疗原发性眶神经痛的临床应用价值。方法 :将收集的原发性眶神经痛患者 6 6例 ,分为甲、乙两组 ,甲组 36例 ,应用电针治疗。乙组 30例 ,应用药物封闭和头面针治疗 ,对两组治疗效果 ,制定统一的评价标准。结果 :一疗程后 ,甲组治愈率 76 % ,显效率 94%。乙组治愈率 5 0 % ,显效率 74%。结论 :电针治疗效果优于药物封闭和头面针治疗 ,经统计学处理P <0 0 1。Objective To discuss the value of clinical application of treatment of primary orbital neuralgia with electric acupuncture. Methods:66 cases of primary orbital neuralgia patient were divided into two groups:A group treated with electric acupuncture and B group treated with drug blockage and head-face acupuncture.The curative effect of treatment of two groups was unified with the same standard.Results:The curative rate was 76% and effective rate was 94% in A group after one course treatment.The curative rate was 50%and effective rate was 74% in Bgroup.Conclusion:The curative effect of electric acupuncture in A group was better than that in B group P<0.01.The electric acupuncture method might be valuable in clinical application to treat orbital neuralgia.
