摘 要:至今没有一个简便、快速、可靠、操作性好的水稻氮素营养水平田间诊断方法 .日本首先研制了叶绿素计用于水稻氮素营养水平诊断及指导施肥 ,具有非破坏性、快速、简便、自动化程度高等特点 ,但在应用过程中常遇到因作物品种、生育期等不同而造成读数不一的困难 .本文在前人研究的基础上 ,利用作物缺氮时下部叶片氮素向上部叶片转运的植物营养原理 ,首先提出一种利用上下部叶片光谱特性比值来诊断作物氮素营养的方法 .Chlorophyll meter, which measures leaf greenness, can be used to diagnose the rice nitrogen status, but have some difficulties due to the effects of various varieties and growth conditions on the chlorophyll meter readings. The nitrogen of lower leaves will transfer to upper leaves when the plant is nitrogen deficiency. A ratio standard of chlorophyll meter readings was put forward based on this principle. In this study, it was found that, while the chlorophyll meter readings of two rice varieties were different, the ratios of two varieties were less than one if the rice was nitrogen deficiency; otherwise the ratio was greater than one. This preliminary study shows the ratio standard possibly fit for all varieties. More studies were needed to confirm this possibility.
