清源调脂胶囊对大鼠实验性动脉粥样硬化形成的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨清源调脂胶囊对大鼠实验性动脉粥样硬化形成的影响。方法 :高脂饲料喂养建立大鼠动脉粥样硬化模型 ,治疗组大鼠同步给予清源调脂胶囊 ,对照组大鼠同步给予月见草油胶丸 ,检测各组大鼠血液脂质和血清MDA含量及肝脏 MDA含量 ,并观察主动脉组织结构变化。结果 :与模型组相比 ,治疗组、对照组大鼠的 TC、TG、L DL- c及 MDA等均显著下降 ,尤以治疗组大鼠为最 ;治疗组大鼠主动脉粥样硬化程度明显减轻。结论 :清源调脂胶囊能有效降低大鼠 TC、TG、L DL- c及 MDA含量 。Objective:To explore the effect of QYTZ capsule on the formation of experiment arteriosclerosis in rats. Methods:Experiment arteriosclerosis model was established by feeding rats with high fat diet, simutaneously, QYTZ capsule and Oenothera Biennis L pill were given to rats in treatment group and control group respectively, then the following indexes were detected in each group: the serum lipid, MDA content in serum and liver, and the changes in aorta histology. Results: Compared with the model group, QYTZ capsule group and Oenothera Biennis L pill group have a marked reduction in serum TC, TG, LDL c and MDA and the effects of QYTZ capsule were much more significant, it also alleviated the degree of arteriosclerosis obviously. Conclusions: QYTZ capsule has a remarkable effect of reducing TC, TG, LDL c and MDA, so it may prevent arteriosclerosis effectively.
