气相色谱法测定环境空气中的邻二氟苯

摘　　要：采用活性炭采样管可富集环境空气中的邻二氟苯 ,以二硫化碳作为洗脱剂 ,使用毛细管柱气相色谱法进行测定 ,相对偏差小于 5 % ,方法的回收率为 97%。相关系数为 0 9994,当采集体积为 2 0L、进样量为 1μL时 ,最低检出限为 0 0 1mg m3。The activated charcoal tube samplers are used to concentrate 1,2\|Diflurobenzene in the environment air.Carbon disulfide is used as desorption agent.The 1,2\|Diflurobenzenen in the sample is detected by capillary column GC/ECD.The relative deviation is less than 5%,the recovery ratio of the method is 97%,and correlation coefficient is 0.999 4.When the sampling volume is 20 L and influent flow is 1 μL,the minimum detection limit concentratins are found to be 0.01 mg/m\+3.The method is also fit for determination of exhaust gas of 1,2\|Difluorobenzene.
