摘 要:1990年秋从四川省阆中蚕种场种茧育家蚕(Bombyx mori)幼虫分离出一种不同于家蚕微粒子孢子(Nosema bombycis)的新病原性微孢子虫(Nosema SP)。该微孢子虫对蚕的寄生性强,侵染蚕幼虫的绢丝腺、马氏管、肌肉、脂肪体及中肠等组织。孢子为卵圆形,大小3.8~4.1×2.4~2.6μm,极丝长126±8.35μm(113~140μm),在抱予形成期产孢体(7~9×3~4μm),以二裂形成两个孢子母细胞。极丝一般为单层绕成14~15圈(偶有16圈),倾斜角40°以上。A new pathogenic rnicrosporidia was isolated Prom the silkworm larvae at the Silk- worm-Egg Production Farm in Langzhong,Sichuan in autumn,1990.The microsporidia seemed highly parasitic to the silkworm and invaded into the silkglands,Malpighian tubes, muscles,fat bodies and midgut of the larvae.The fresh spores were oval in shape and 3.8~ 4.1×2.4~2.6μm in size.The mean polar filament length was 126±8.35μm,ranging from 113 to 149 μm.The sporont(7~9×3~4μm)divided into two sporoblasts(4~5×3~5μm) at the sporulation stages.Ultrastructural studies showed that the polar filament was nor- mally arranged in 14 or 15 coils and occasionally in 16 coils at an inclination of over 40° to the axis of the spores.The micfosporidia was found to be distinct from Nosema bombycis in its biology and pathology.It is a new pathogenic microsporid(?)a in the silkworm and is ten- tatively recorded as Nosema SP.
