摘  要:采用激光共聚焦扫描显微镜和红外光谱仪对玻纤增强聚氨酯泡沫塑料的界面形成特征进行了研究。显微镜观察结果显示 :硅烷偶联剂 5 5 0 (KH5 5 0 )对玻纤的表面处理效果良好 ,在玻纤表面生成一致密的膜 ,膜的厚度和均匀度会影响聚氨酯泡孔的形成。红外光谱仪测试结果显示 :多次甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯 (PAPI)上的异氰酸根与KH5 5 0中的—NH2 发生反应 ,生成了脲基 ,形成了稳定的化学键合界面。对两种不同偶联剂处理的GF/PUR力学性能进行了测试 ,在相同的成品密度下 ,压缩强度增加幅度几乎一致 。In this paper, the forming property of the interface between glass fibers and polyurethane is studied by using CSLM and IR spectroscopy. Microscopic results show that the dispersed effect of glass fibers in KH550 is quite good, a dense membrane is formed on the glass fibers′surface, and the thickness and uniformity will have influenced on the forming of the regular foamed cell of polyurethane. The results of IR spectroscopy show: NCOand -NH 2 have reacted to be carbamido, the steady interface with chemical bonds is formed. And the mechanic properties of two types of surface modified glass fibers loaded rigid polyurethane foams are investigated, at the same apparent density, the compressive strength has increased spontaneously, while the modulus has a little difference.
