摘　　要：分析了船用主机减速器大齿轮 4 0CrNiMoA轮缘的焊接性、焊接性试验、焊接方法、工艺参数的选择性及大齿轮的生产焊接等情况 。Concerning the welding of 40CrNiMoA alloy wheel rim of a bull gear for a marine main steam turbine reduction gear conducted are the analysis and testing of welding procedures, the selection of a welding method and its technological parameters, and the production welding of the bull gear. On this basis a whole set of feasible welding procedures for the bull gear is presented.
