摘  要:对美、匈两个系群的杜洛克猪适应性和生产性能进行了系统测定(与长白猪对照),取得以下主要研究结果:1.杜洛克猪基本适应四川不同地区、不同条件.在一般饲养水平下,生长正常,在高温季节有较强的耐受力.2.杜洛克猪性成熟年龄,美系较匈系晚.小公猪首次出现交配行为的日龄,美、匈系分别为214、200天,首次使母猪受孕的日龄分别为271、261天;小母猪的初情期美、匈系分别为204、188天,首次受孕日龄,分别为263、268天.初产母猪美系、匈系每窝平均产仔分别为8.35、7.79头,经产母猪分别为10.76、10.48头.3.在饲粮含DE2.9兆卡、CP15.9%的营养水平下,杜洛克猪前期发育较慢,随月龄增加逐渐加快,6—8月龄达生长高峰.4.美系、匈系分别在93.25、103天,肥育猪达90公斤体重.日增重分别为705、648克.饲料利用率分别为2.83、2.95.各项胴体指标系群间无明显差异(P>0.05).5.杜洛克猪肌肉颜色正常,肉色评分3.44~3.48,优于长白猪;宰后各个体的pH_1、pH_(24)值均正常;系水力强;背最长肌大理石纹评分高于长白猪;肌纤维直径比长白约细2μ;熟肉率与长白猪相近.除肌肉颜色指标杜洛克猪明显优于长白猪外,其余各项指标两品种间差异不明显.A series of observation were made on the adaptation and Performance trait of the Duroc pigs (D) introduced from America and Hungary.Landrace pigs (L) were used as control animals. The results showed as following; a. after importation, D were adaptable to the environment of Sichuan and grew well under the medium feeding condition. They had better heat tolerance at high temper aturc seaeon. b.Comparing the age of sexual maturity of the two Duroc gilts, American gilts (AD) were later than the Hungarian gilts (HD), Both AD and HD young boars showed the mounting behaviour at the age of 214 and 200 days, and first made Pregnant when 271 and 261 days. The AD and HD females appeared normal estrus when 204 and 188 days old, and could be pregnant at the age of 263 and 268days, The AD and HD gilts averaged 8.53, 7.79 per litter born and sows 10.76, 10.48.C. Prior to4 months, in the medium feeding level (DE 2.9 Meal, CP 15.9%) , the placement gilts and boars grew slowly, but after this, their growing intensity of bodyweight increased with months of age, and peaked from 6 to 8 months of age.d. Days at the end of fattening with 90 kg liveweight of ADand HD hogs were 93.3 and 103. Their daily gain and feed effiency at the finishing stage 705, 648 g and 2.83, 2.95 reapectively. The difference of carcass criteria between AD and HD were not sifnificant. e. Lean meat of D hogs were normal in color judged, higher than L by 1.07 to 1.11 score; PH1 and PH24 were normal range; holding-Water capacity and marbling score superior to that of L; The diamete; of muscle fibie was more fine than L by 2) There were no breed difference in cooking loss.
