摘 要:自然变温下,玉米铁甲虫发育起点温度:卵12.58土0.81℃,幼虫13.19±O.54℃,蛹18.99土0.3℃,卵至成虫羽化期15.11±0.34℃;有效积温:卵86.74日度,幼虫202.63日度,蛹73.21日度,卵至成虫羽化期362.66日度,适宜成虫产卵的日均温为23~28.5℃.幼虫期对夏季高温气候极为敏感,日均温超过27℃时将导致低龄幼虫大量死亡.成虫对夏季高温的抵抗力不强,必需寻找适宜的环境渡夏.在3.5℃下1小时,可致越冬成虫全部处于冷昏迷状态,越冬期间的成虫过冷却点平均为-11.27℃,成虫在不同低温强度下的死亡率取决于低温的持续时间.The effect of temperature on the growth and development of com beetle, Dactylispa setifera (Chapuis) were discused. The threshold temperature and thermal requirement for the development from egg to pupa of the beetle were 15.1±0.34°C and 362.66 day-degrees or so, respectively. The temperature suitable for oviposition were 23-28.5°C. The larva were very susceptble to high temperature in summer, the mean daily temperature above 27°C would induce the larva to be death numerously. The heat hardiness of the first generation adult and the cold hardiness of the overwintering adult were all week. Below 3.5°C, overwintering adults would be stupor in hour. The overcoolins point of the adult was about - 11.27°C in winter. The death rate of adults in different low temperture strengths would depend on the low temperature duration
