棉籽饼脱毒方法的筛选和脱毒剂硫酸亚铁用量计算

摘　　要：本文报道了10种棉籽饼脱毒方法的比较试验结果.从脱毒效果、蛋白质氨基酸的损失、处理难易程度等方面综合评价的结果:硫酸亚铁处理较优;三氯化铁处理次之;硫酸亚铁加石灰水和食盐溶液短时烘煮的效果虽好,但处理较困难,应用上受到一定限制.根据不同的喂养对象、棉籽饼中的棉毒含量和饲料中的棉籽饼配入比例提出了硫酸亚铁用量的计算方法.In this study a compatison of ten detoxicating methods of cottonseed cake had been conducted in the respects of detoxicating effect, nutritive loss and the difficulty of the treatment. The results indicated that in the synthetic effect, the treatment with ferrous sulphate was best, and the fetric trichlorid was secondary. The effects of ferrous sulphatelimc water with short cooking in salt (NaCl) solution was yet good, but it might be limited to ptactise because the procedute was complicated. According to the different feeding targits and the various free gossypol content of conttonseed cake added to feed, the counting method of the dose of detoxicant was put fotward first.
