摘　　要：本文考证了刘谦个人仕途的遭际以及万年宝历诗祝寿折的来历 ,使我们看到了康熙盛世时的一段个人的政治悲剧 ,了解了万年宝历诗折流落民间的缘由。It's a research on the encounterof Mr.Liu Qian's personal official career and the history of the Wan Nian Bao Li-Poem,so we can see a personal political tragedy happened in Kang Xi's times ofpeace and pros- perity ,we can also understand the reason why the congratulation memorical to the throne of the Wan Nian Bao Li poem had been drifted in the civilian.
